Laura's maternity session was a turning point for me in my photography journey. I knew the style I wanted to try and just needed the opportunity. Dreamy, timeless, painterly, even a little gloomy. We shot the water scenes at Clare Country Park and then, with me quite paranoid about missing the sun as this was my first sunset session, we dashed to the top of a hill in Poslingford. I have such a clear memory of us approaching the village and whooping at the sight of the perfect sunset that was ahead of us. This is still one of my personal favourite photo sessions of mine.
